Bee Kay Bharat Gas Ladhuka Agency Accused of Non-Delivery of Gas Cylinder and Fraudulent Practices

Fazilka, May 13, 2025: Jaspreet Singh, a resident of Chak Pali Wala village in Fazilka district, has leveled serious allegations against Bee Kay Bharat Gas Ladhuka Agency for non-delivery of a gas cylinder and fraudulent activities. Jaspreet Singh stated that he booked a gas cylinder on May 9 through Paytm after making the payment, but despite waiting for three days, the cylinder was not delivered.Jaspreet Singh alleged that whenever he attempted to contact the delivery person, they would see his number, put the call on busy, and then switch off their phone. After a few minutes, the phone would be switched on again, but the same pattern of busy tone and switching off would repeat upon calling again. He also revealed that on the same day, the delivery person supplied four cylinders to a shop in a neighboring village, just 1 kilometer away, without any prior booking.Due to repeated delays and inconvenience in receiving cylinders, Jaspreet Singh decided to transfer his connection to another agency and requested the agency to cancel his booking. However, the agency marked his booking as “delivered,” even though he neither received the cylinder nor was his payment refunded. He has no information about who received his cylinder.Furthermore, Jaspreet Singh expressed suspicion that cylinders may have been delivered under his name previously, as he had not made any bookings for a considerable time. He has demanded strict action against the agency and an investigation into the cylinders delivered under his name so far.According to Jaspreet Singh, this matter is serious, causing him financial loss and raising questions about the agency’s services. He has appealed to Bharat Gas authorities to conduct a fair investigation and take appropriate action against those responsible.
